By booking a consultation or placing an order with YEG Luxe Louver, you agree to the following:

  1. Consultations: Free on-site consultations are available in our service area and scheduled based on availability.

  2. Custom Orders: All window treatments are made to order and final once confirmed.

  3. Measurements: Our team provides accurate measurements during consultations. Client-provided measurements are the client’s responsibility.

  4. Payments: A full payment is required before production begins.

  5. Installation: We ensure professional installation. Please ensure the area is ready and accessible on the scheduled date.

  6. Satisfaction: Clients should contact us within 7 days of installation if they are not satisfied with the final product or service.

  7. Policy Updates: We may update these terms at any time. The most recent version will always appear on our website.
